Refund & Return Policy

1. Sample Returns
Sample box orders and sample swatches are non-refundable. However, the cost of sample box purchases will be credited back as a discount code against your first full material container order.
2. Full Slab Material Returns
Unused, undamaged marble, stone, or porcelain material still in its original packaging or crate can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A standard 15% restocking and storage fee applies to all full material returns.
3. Transit Damages
All materials are insured during logistics dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage, you must note the damage on the Carrier's Delivery Sheet and submit photographic proof to our helpdesk within 24 hours of receipt to authorize a free replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom cut-to-size slabs, custom fabricated countertops, mosaic sheet prints, and any tiles that have already been laid or set with adhesive cannot be returned or refunded.
