1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Pietra storefront and placing material or sample orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all purchases, quotes, shipments, and account credentials.
2. Trade Registrations
Material specifications, wholesale pricing, and sample credits are reserved for registered design partners and corporate buyers. You are responsible for ensuring that all trade license details (e.g. GSTIN, Company Name) provided are true and valid.
3. Material Variances
Natural stone and marble slabs feature inherent variances in veining, shade, texture, and coloration. Ceramic and porcelain tiles are subject to minor batch dye-lot differences. By placing an order, you acknowledge that natural variances are characteristic of the material and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pietra Surface Lab is not liable for structural install delays, site measurement errors, or labor costs incurred during material installation. All materials should be inspected and approved prior to installation.
